At Kaipa Holistic, healing begins with remembering what the body already knows: how to self-regulate, repair, and thrive when given rhythm, nourishment, and safety.

My work is rooted in the Vitalist tradition, a lineage passed forward by teachers such as Paul Bergner, Lisa Ganora, and Heather Luna, and informed by modern clinical understanding of physiology, trauma, and brain-body healing.

In practice, this means I see the body as an intelligent ecosystem. Every symptom is communication. Our task together is to listen, restore trust, and clear what blocks your innate capacity to heal.

Each client’s path is unique, but the process often follows a rhythm:

Phase One: Ground and Nourish
We begin by restoring digestion, minerals, and rest. This includes identifying nutrient gaps, improving digestion, and creating warmth and consistency through food, light, and rhythm.

Phase Two: Rewire and Rebuild

As energy steadies, we work to calm the limbic system and retrain the brain’s safety pathways through simple somatic exercises, botanicals, and lifestyle practices that anchor regulation.

Phase Three: Restore and Re-emerge
Once the terrain is strong, we can move into deeper repair such as balancing hormones, clearing lingering inflammation, or addressing chronic patterns from mold, infection, or trauma, always guided by the body’s readiness.

Throughout, I use plant medicine, nutrition, flower essences, and education to empower your own capacity for self-healing. You’ll learn how to work with your physiology, not against it — cultivating a relationship with your body that is curious, kind, and sustainable.

Our work together is collaborative. You bring your lived experience; I bring pattern recognition, clinical insight, and the tools to help your system remember balance.
